ExecBound Community Terms

The Community service

These terms apply to the hosted Community service provided by ExecBound LLC. By accepting the published terms and using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18, can enter into this agreement, and have authority to act for any organization you represent. The hosted service provides a controlled environment for evaluating agent action controls using mock providers and synthetic data. It is not an agreement to provide production security services, an enterprise subscription, or permission to connect an employer's or customer's systems. Separate terms may apply to separately agreed services and open-source software.

Access and administration

Access depends on available capacity and abuse controls. During review-based access, submitting a request does not guarantee an invitation or a response time. An invitation is private, expires, and can be redeemed only once. Keep your account and credentials secure; do not share access with unauthorized people.

A claimed Hosted Community workspace is persistent from day one, with no trial conversion or extension requirement. The current hosted creation limit is three agent principals; agents already above that allowance are retained. Self-hosted Community has no hosted agent cap. Optional examples use protected mocks; supported hosted connectors depend on the deployment configuration. After 90 days without governed activity, agents may be put to sleep while administrators retain access to the tenant. This is not automatic deletion of your data, and no pre-sleep email is promised.

We may change free-service limits or availability, interrupt service for maintenance or security, and restrict or end access for misuse. Free access carries no uptime commitment or guaranteed support response time. We will provide notice of material changes where appropriate and required.

Acceptable use

Use synthetic evaluation data. Do not upload personal, confidential, regulated, employer or customer production data, production credentials, or information you lack permission to provide. Do not use the hosted service for production workflows or as the sole control protecting real systems.

Do not attempt unauthorized access to another tenant, bypass access controls or capacity limits, distribute malware, send unsolicited messages, disrupt the service, or test it destructively. Security testing beyond ordinary evaluation requires prior written coordination with ExecBound. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through the contact above rather than exploiting or disclosing other users' information.

You are responsible for the agents and applications you connect, the instructions you give them, and reviewing their actions. External credentials or execution paths outside ExecBound can bypass its controls; observation and cooperative integrations do not establish an exclusive execution boundary.

Information and ownership

You retain rights in information you provide. You authorize ExecBound and its service providers to process that information as needed to operate, secure and support the service, consistent with the published privacy notice and applicable agreements. Do not submit information you cannot authorize us to process.

ExecBound retains rights in its service, documentation and branding, subject to any applicable open-source licenses. These terms do not replace the license of software distributed under a separate license. Feedback is voluntary; do not include another party's confidential information in it.

Evaluation limitations

Mock-provider demonstrations and test results describe the paths and conditions tested. They do not certify a production environment, promise that every harmful action will be blocked, or establish that an external executor cannot bypass a cooperative control. An approval authorizes a scoped attempt; it does not guarantee successful execution. A provider timeout may leave an outcome uncertain.

The free evaluation service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular production purpose, or preserve data indefinitely. To the extent permitted by applicable law, warranties that can lawfully be excluded are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service and request account closure. Closing or suspending access is separate from deleting records; consult the privacy notice and contact us about data requests. We may suspend compromised accounts or access that violates these terms to protect the service and other users.

The effective version of these terms is identified above. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate to the service and applicable requirements. A separate signed agreement controls where it expressly replaces these evaluation terms.
